How to order
To order items, you will need an application from the web site "SAKAI ICHIMONJI MITSUHIDE".
Please select the item from the product category of the upper menu and see the item detail page.To purchase, please click the "ADD TO CART"button and proceed to the next screen.
Since the shopping cart will be displayed, please confirm the purchase item.If you like, "Proceed to checkout"button.
Enter your email address / password and login.
If you have not registered customer information yet, please select "Register" of "New customer" and fill in the form item.
From next time, you can log in easily with your e-mail address and optional password and use it for shopping.
Proceed to the order screen.

Please select shipping method and payment method.
After confirming, if there is no mistake, if you push "SUBMIT MY ORDER" button, we will proceed to payment screen of Paypal.
Once you have entered your credit card information on the payment screen and you pressed the decision button, your order receipt is completed.
We will automatically send you purchase detailed e-mail to registered e-mail address, so please confirm.
If the mail does not arrive, there is a case that the order is not made.

- We send our products to overseas only byEMS(Express Mail Service) .
- Your order will be shipped out within 3 business days after we confirm.
- We are unable to neither provide a set date nor time for international shipments.
- Unlike in the case of domestic shipping within Japan, there may be cases where we cannot deliver shipments due to the restrictions of each nation. We ask that customers place their orders after investigating the restrictions of the country where the products will be shipped.

· Although we package goods sturdily before shipping, on a rare occasion they may arrive damaged or with something missing.
In that case we will pay compensation, within the scope of the EMS loss and damage insurance system.
You are required to submit a damage report to your local post office, and you will be compensated only if the damage is proven. Please note that, depending on the country, it may take 1 to 3 months to verify a claim.
- Depending on the country and region, customs duties etc. (import tax, VAT value added tax, customs fee etc.) may be required separately, but in that case it will be borne by you.
- If you refuse to accept a package due to import duty, etc., we will refund the amount after deducting shipping costs (shipping fee, packing cost).
Return and replacement of product

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order (except custom and personalized orders) for a refund or exchange within 12 Days.
Any free gift that you received along with your purchase must be returned as well, otherwise a refund will not be issued.
- If the knives are used
- Knives that have engraved names or are sharpened
- Knives made by custom order
- If there are scratches on the knives or boxes for which the customer is responsible
- If the knives are returned without the company being contacted first
- Shipping charges for returning item must be paid by you on any returned items.
- Refunds will be given after the products are returned and verified.
- We will refund the money, minus the shipping and handling charges.
・Although we carefully check each product before shipment, there may be rare cases where defects could not be found.
Contact us within one week of delivery to you if you would like to request a return or exchange for a defective product.
However, there may be cases where we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to the quality of the knives. (Chips to the blade, rust, etc.)
Please take into note that every product is handmade and one of a kind. Therefore each product will vary slightly in size, color and form from the photos.
In those cases we will refuse requests for refunds, exchanges, etc.
